Thank you so much for creating this. I never put those cycles together in that way and I’ve definitely experienced both initial equations you described. Most recently in my last attempt at blogging which began a few years ago I definitely fell into equation two towards the end of it. I *almost* found myself in equation one in making the decision to start my brand up again & create my substack. Your writing has inspired me to really reflect and give myself compassion so I can fall into that ideal third equation this time.
