It’s called a Location Exercise because it helps you locate where you are in this season of life in one clear sentence.
And when you know where you are, you know where you need to go.
I’ve come back to this exercise many times in different seasons and always find it to be helpful and impactful.
Many of us underestimate the value of slowing down for such intentional practices and it’s amazing what just 15 intentional minutes can do.
